How long does it take to arrive? We aim to have all orders dispatched within two working days of the order being accepted and delivered within six to eight days.
From time to time we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items, most out of stock items can be supplied within 14 working days. Returns and RefundsMarine Compasses want you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Items.
If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
